This policy explains what personal data CS2 Skin Radar processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to users.

Data We Process
- Account email address and Steam ID.
- Public Steam profile and public Steam inventory data.
- Watchlist settings, alert thresholds, and alert history.
- Subscription status and payment identifiers supplied by the payment provider. CS2 Skin Radar does not store complete payment card details.
- Technical logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.
Purposes and Legal Bases
We process data to provide requested account, inventory, watchlist, alert, support, and subscription services; to perform our contract with users; to meet legal obligations; and for legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service improvement.
Where consent is legally required, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Service Providers and Sharing
Data is shared only as needed with infrastructure, email, authentication, analytics, and payment providers that support the service. Payment information is processed by the selected payment provider, such as Stripe, under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Retention and Security
Account and subscription records are retained while an account is active and afterwards only as needed for legal, accounting, security, and dispute obligations. Operational logs are retained only for a proportionate troubleshooting and security period.
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS transport, secure session cookies, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Users may also lodge a complaint with their competent data protection authority.
